Community Services Foundation promotes the support, care, and comfort of individuals with mental illness and developmental disabilities in Illinois by providing financial assistance to CTF and Southwest Community Services. The generosity of a planned gift ensures the Foundation will be able to carry out its mission into the future.
Planned gifts include gifts through your will, gifts of life insurance, charitable gift annuities, and gifts of retirement plans or other assets.
You can designate a specific dollar amount or percentage that the Foundation will receive in your will. It is also possible to bequest residual or contingent assets.
It is recommended that donors consult tax or legal advisors prior to making a planned gift.
