Community Servcies Foundation focuses its efforts on assisting organizations which best
meet the specific needs of individual consumers. Only when the individual's
needs are met, can it be possible to state that a high level of services
has been provided.
Charleston Transitional Facility and Southwest Community Services provide
exceptional services to individuals with developmental disabilities and
mental illness. Both organizations are successful because they address
the specific needs of the consumers they serve.
