Charleston Transitional Facility

Charleston Transitional Facility (CTF) is an Illinois-based non-profit organization dedicated to empowering adults with development disabilities through services and programs that help them reach their potential in an environment that fosters respect, dignity, and success for each individual.

CTF was founded in 2000 and is a subsidiary of Community Services Foundation.
