CTF is an Illinois-based non-profit organization dedicated to empowering adults with development disabilities through services and programs that help them reach their potential in an environment that fosters respect, dignity, and success for each individual.

CTF was founded in 2000 and is a subsidiary of Community Services Foundation. It operates Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) homes in Illinois and provides developmental day programming services for adults with developmental disabilities. Over 50% of these individuals have severe and profound disabilities. CTF strives to provide the highest quality support to enhance each individual's living and working environments.

Residential Program
The first CTF operated CILA opened in response to the closure of Lincoln Development Center in 2000. CTF currently operates numerous homes in central Illinois and the south suburban area of Chicago.

Developmental Day Program
CTF offers day programs for adults that have been customized for their unique needs and abilities. Additionally, CTF operates a senior day program and an autism program.

Vocational Day Program
For those who desire, CTF offers vocational skill training, job search assistance, and guidance for maintaining employment. CTF offers a variety of job opportunities both on-site at the day program and off-site at local businesses.

CTF has three workshop locations available to provide your company with an "on-demand workforce" of nearly 100 employees - individuals capable of a wide variety of single or multiple-step manual services.
